Dixson Library copy at SAFE/Q81/8 has the armorial bookplate of William Dixson. Hand-coloured.
Imperfect copy, wanting the leaf of descriptive text for plate 3.
Manuscript notes on the printed leaf accompanying plate 15. Label with printed number and popular (English) and scientific (Latin) names of the bird pasted on to each plate. Most plates are inscribed "Published as the act directs", signed by the artist and dated 1804 or 1805. Bound in half-calf with marbled boards. Manuscript label pasted diagonally on upper board.
