Production notes
This is an unacknowledged copy of the right hand image of the double lithographic portrait of Bungaree by Charles Rodius, of 1829. (The better known 1834 portrait of Bungaree by Rodius, is significantly different in respect to the 'King plate' and its supporting chain.)
The lithographer is noted as C. Pye who has been identified as the well known Charles Pye (1777-1864). This may be so, but Charles Pye is known as a line-engraver, and is not known to have produced lithographs.
