Subject description

A group of men standing in front of a print dealers shop in Hunter Street, Sydney. This was Robert A. Forbes' Gallery, 51 Hunter street. The impression in The National Library of New Zealand (A-067-003) is inscribed by the artist, 'demolished 1909', but the gallery was still operating from this address until their lease expired in November 1911. On the left is the window of David Fealy, Solicitor, 49 Hunter Street.
