Production notes
The composition of the lithograph, 'The Pont Neuf' is almost identical to the oil painting 'The Pont Neuf, Paris' c. 1930 in the collection of the Queensland Art Gallery, purchased 1952.
It is a view of Pont Neuf from Quai des Orfevres looking North West. On the left before the bridge is the floating baths ‘A la Samaritaine’ and past the bridge the buildings facing Quai de Conti. Hidden behind the trees on the right is the buildings of the Louvre.
