We see that it is the intention of the proprietor of the New South Wales Magazine to embellish that publication, with views of the Gentlemen's seats surrounding, and public buildings in Sydney; a notice to that effect being inserted "to Engravers and Lithographists" We wish Mr Mansfield that success which his spirited exertions deserve. While noticing this, we would beg to remark that it has been suggested to us by a respectable artist in Sydney, that there is great difficulty in meeting with a lithographic printer. A clever tradesman of this description, by applying at this office, could be put in the way of doing some good for himself. [Sydney Gazette 8 October 1833, page 2]
