The main essay John Nixon: four decades, five hundred prints 1982-2020 is by Sue Cramer with contributions by Emma Nixon and Trent Walter.This is followed by a series of one page essays relating to single works. Early years 1982-89: Stephen Bram, Jason Smith, Jacqueline Stojanovic, Sally Foster, Games Gatt, Mike Parr; Middle years: Roger Butler, Claus Carstensen, Erik Jensen, Sue Cramer, Rebecca Mayo, Warren Taylor; Final decade 2010-2020 Emma Nixon, Trent Walter, Sue Cramer, Lizzie Boon, Victoria Perin, Rose Nolan.
