Catalogue for the exhibition, 'John Nixon: Four decades, five hundred prints', held at the Geelong Gallery, Geelong, Victoria, from 18 November 2023 - 11 March 2024. The main essay John Nixon: four decades, five hundred prints 1982-2020 is by Sue Cramer with contributions by Emma Nixon and Trent Walter.

This is followed by a series of one page essays relating to single works. Early years 1982-89: Stephen Bram, Jason Smith, Jacqueline Stojanovic, Sally Foster, Games Gatt, Mike Parr; Middle years: Roger Butler, Claus Carstensen, Erik Jensen, Sue Cramer, Rebecca Mayo, Warren Taylor; Final decade 2010-2020 Emma Nixon, Trent Walter, Sue Cramer, Lizzie Boon, Victoria Perin, Rose Nolan.

This is followed by a detailed, illustrated listing of all the prints produced by Nixon. These were itemized by Lizzie Boon who was curatorial assistant and registrar at Negative Press from 2018-2022, when she catalogued the John Nixon Print Archive in collaboration with Nixon and Trent Walter.
