Paper Mill.-Now that there are five Newspapers, three Almanacks, and various other Publications printed in these Colonies, we would recommend some person of capital to embark it in paper-making. A few years ago, a small paper-mill at Sydney commenced its operations; but, although it succeeded in manufacturing some good printing paper, which is now in our possession, the concern was abandoned.
