Having been very kindly favored with the perusal of London Papers down to the 21st of March last, the day the Neptune took her departure from England, we nave selected the most important matter they contain and beg leave to present it to our Readers in the accompanying Supplement, which we would also remark is printed on paper manufactured in this Colony.
