FINE ARTS.
MR. BARLOW, Artist, at the earnest solicitation of several inhabitants, purposes forming a SELECT CLASS, upon alternate evenings, for Ladies and Gentlemen. Instructions will be given in Flower Painting, Pencil, Architectural, and Landscape Drawing. Further particulars may be known upon application to Mr. Barlow’s Cottage, near the Cross Keys, West Maitland.
