THE PROPRIETOR of the SYDNEY GAZETTE will feel much obliged to any Person, whether free or bond that thoroughly understands, and can safely undertake the Management of a PAPER MILL, upon a small Scale, who will make himself, or themselves, known to him, as such an Enterprise may be embarked in with Spirit, in the Event of competent Persons being found in the Colony.
