The Whole of which still be submitted to Unreserved competition,

ON WEDNESDAY NEXT, 27th AUGUST, 1851,
AT MR ROBIN HOOD’S PICTURE GALLERY, LIVERPOOL STREET,
THE SALE COMMENCING AT 1 O’CLOCK PRECISELY.

Conditions.
1. The highest approved bidder to be the purchaser.
2. No bidder to advance less than 5 per cent.
3. No lot will be delivered during the sale.
4. All lots to be paid for prior to delivery, and the articles removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser
5. the articles purchases are to be taken away by the purchaser with all faults (if any), wheter correctly described or not.
6. All lots to be settled for, and cleared away, by Friday, the 29th instant.
7. All lots not paid for, and taken away, in conformity wit the above conditions, will be liable to be re-sold by the Auctioneer, either by Public Auction or by Private Contract ; and any loss sustained thereby will be recoverable from the original purchaser of the articles as and for liquidation damages.
