Mr. DURTERRAU, the artist, we are glad to see has completed a very striking and perfect portrait of His Majesty; and it is pleasing to observe how closely it agrees with the graphic description extracted from the 'Recollections of the House of Lords, inserted in our journal four weeks ago.
