LITHOGRAPHY. - Mr. Gould, lithographer has published a three-tinted engraving, representing the ceremonial on the occasion of Neptune' visit to the good ship Clasmerden when crossing the line. The subject is not happily chosen, and only moderate praise oan be awarded to the execution. We are glad however, to see that this branoh of art is not entirely overlooked in the colony.
