Consignment of Goods
JUST Received, and on Sale at Mr R. READ’s, Miniature Painter, &c. &c. &c. No. 89, Pitt street, Sydney; Superior picture varnish, gold beater’s skin, gold leaf of the best quality, drawing and chalk papers, youth’s drawing books, containing interesting studies from nature, superior prepared black lead drawing pencils, of different degrees of hardness, camel and sable hair ditto, Indian Ink, children’s boxes of prepared water colours, from 6d. to 10s. 6d. per box, gold lockets, elegant round and square miniature frames, and Morocco cases, of every description, round and square miniature glasses of various sizes, ivories of ditto for painting miniatures.
Also, the cheapest assortment of stationery ever offered for Sale in Sydney, consisting of Bank post, post yellow wove folio, stamped hot pressed blue and yellow wove, black and gilt edged letter paper, pot ditto, and blotting paper, account and memorandum books ruled, pocket books, and bill cases of sizes, Morocco books, and log slates; round rulers, ivory and wood handlewafer seals, inkstands, red and black ink powders, black, red and fancy coloured sealing wax, quills and pens, prepared portable ditto in boxes.
Butterworth’s lines and rudiments for writing, Dilworth’s Fenning, and Huston’s spelling books, Johnson’s Dictionaries, cookery books, pamphlets, plays, and a great Variety of childrens’ school and story books.
