Price, 4 s.; post free, 4s. 3d. Embellished with an ornate lithographic title-page, printed in gold and colours, by Mr. C.H. Fairland, the eminent lithographer, lately of England.
The undersigned would respectfully submit that the superior engraving of the music, the printing thereof, and the ornamentation of the title-page, offer a satisfactory index of the progress of the fine and useful arts in this great country....
