The lithographic press is constantly employed by that indefatigable artist, Mr. EARLE. Several prints have emanated from this press, and it is thought that the 'Australian' and 'Monitor' will institute proceedings at law against Mr. Earle for having the temerity to knock off circulars. As for ourselves, we are regardless of this infringement upon the liberties of the 'profession' of typography, so long as the artist encroaches not upon the newspaper line. His majesty King Bungaree, of Australian renown, has just been produced from the lithographic press. The likeness is admirable. His aboriginal princeship is shewing off at some houses in town, to the tune of the 50’s. Bungaree quite enjoys the sight of himself.
