We have received a proof copy of a view of the Melbourne Town-hall, drawn and lithographed by Mr. Cyrus Mason. The point of view is well chosen to give a good representation of the size and architectural proportions of the structure. Tho execution of tho drawing is faithful and artistic, and tho print forms an interesting and pleasing picture of the noble building it delineates.
