CHANGE IN THE DAY OF SALE, And a complete alteration in the division of the Allotments of the land upon BUNKER’S HILL THAT delightful paddock of BUILD ING GROUND, the admiration of the whole Colony for its position, in regard to health, salubrity, and scenery. Upon this Estate, Mr. RHODIUS took his celebrated view of Port Jackson.
NINETEEN ALLOTMENTS OF BUILDING GROUND, commanding two streets, to say, the Government New George-street, and Bunker's Hill, opposite the residences of the Venerable the Archdeacon, and the Comptroller of the Customs, BUHMAN LAUGA, Esq.
