Full text
Plan of the Hunter. - At a meeting of the Dredging Machine Committee held some time ago, it was determined that the balance of funds in hand, amounting to some £15 or £16, should be expended in reducing and lithographing Mr. White's plan of the Hunter; and a sub-committee, consisting of Messrs. Russell and Jones, was appointed to carry this object into effect. After some delay the plans have been printed, and have this week been forwarded to the subscribers to the fund for the survey of the Hunter. The plan has been reduced and lithographed by Mr. John Allan, of Sydney, and is one of the best specimens of colonial workmanship we have seen.
