Portrait of the Bishop of Tasmania. - We have been favoured with a view of a lithographed portrait of the Lord Bishop of Tasmania, by Mr. J. S. Prout. It is a faithful copy of that admirable original drawing by Richmond, which was in the late exhibition. The lithographic portrait from Mr. Prout's press is much heightened in its general character by judicious tinting in colours by the hand of the artist himself. We hear copies will be on sale in a few days.
