The Fine Arts in Melbourne [lithograph portrait of Sir Henry Barkly by Henry Burn].
THE FINE ARTS IN MELBOURNE. – We have inspected a fine lithographed portrait printed by Messrs. Hamel and Locker, 8, Collins-street West, Melbourne, and drawn bv Henry Burn from a daguerreotype of Sir Henry Barkly, K.C.B., Governor of Victoria. The execution of the portrait is equal to the best work of British artists, and is a credit to the sister colony.
