Once a Month. -The publishers, Messrs. Wm. Inglis and Co., of Melbourne, have forwarded a copy of the February number of this publication. It is, month by month, steadily improving in literary merit and in illustrations, and should command a rapidly extending circulation. This number contains a good portrait, of the Hon. John Colton, Premier of South Australia, with a biogrnphical sketch of his career, less fulsome in adulation than the notices of previous Australasian statesmen. Among the other illustrations, lithographic sketches sketches, resembling pencil-drawings, of waterfall, Otira Gorge, N.Z., Watts River, and waterfall, Mount Macedon, are really meritorious productions.
