Bonita Ely

Born in Mildura, Victoria in 1946, Bonita Ely studied painting at Caulfield Technical School 1965-66 and sculpture at Prahran Institute of Technology 1968-69. Ely travelled to Europe, England and North Africa 1970-73 and was resident in New York 1973-75. Most of her work is concerned with performance art and its documentation. Her prints have been made in conjunction with John Loane.
