The 9th Festival of Pacific Arts will be held in Koror, Republic of Palau from the 22– 31 July 2004. The festivals theme Oltobed a malt: Nature, regenerate and celebrate honours Pacific histories, languages, arts, traditions and culture. Twenty-six Pacific nations will attend.
