Nimmitabel artist Jackie Gorring is exhibiting new prints in her exhibition The Year of the Dragon at a new Canberra gallery, The Hive www.thehive.turn.to.

 “Two years ago Jackie Gorring was living in Provincial China. Away from her home in Nimmitabel NSW and desperate to continue her art practice in printmaking with a frustrating lack of art materials and resources; Jackie found inventive ways to make do. The Year of the Dragon is an insightful journey into Chinese rural life and the lateral thinking of the artist”.
