The Fifth Australian Print Symposium coincides with the major National Gallery of Australia exhibition place made: Australian Print Workshop, a celebration of the achievements of the Workshop and the acquisition by the Gallery of some 3,500 prints that formed their second archive of workshop proofs.

The National Gallery is also hosting the following print exhibitions during the Symposium:
