Giorgio Faggioni

Giorgio Faggioni was born in 1931 on the Italian island of d'Elba, and migrated to Australia in 1950. He has had no formal art training and has taught himself the crafts of bronze-casting, etching and engraving. Faggioni has made all his own equipment including his etching press. He has exhibited paintings, sculptures and prints regularly since 1977. Faggioni has made all his own equipment including his etching press.
