A new biography of Aotearoa New Zealand born artist Len Lye (1901–1980) makes tantalising references to linocuts that he made in Sydney where he studied in the 1920s.

Works by Len Lye, including photograms, kinetic sculptures and experimental films will be shown at the Art Gallery of New South Wales 1 December 2001–27 January 2002. The exhibition is from the Len Lye Foundation and is organised by the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery.
