Entries for the Silk Cut Award for linocut prints will close on 18 June 2004. See www.silkcutlino.com for entry details. The award was introduced in 1995 to encourage Australian printmakers to produce prints by the very simple linocut technique. The 2004 Grand Acquisitive Award gives the recipient a travel package to Amsterdam or a $5,000 prize.
