uncoloured, printed on soft white wove paper (in standard issue of book)
hand-coloured, printed on smooth wove Whatman paper (in special issue of book).
Although the print-run for the publication is unknown, there were some 750 subscribers for the book and the publication, in various editions and format, was available for some years.
