Latrobe. / November 15th, 1850, one of the 3 days rejoicing on the intelligence being recieved of the ROYAL ASSENT to the AUSTRALIAN COLONIES CONSTITUTION ACT, / which conferred on the Province of Port Phillip the long desired boon of SEPARATION from NSW - & is respectfully Inscribed to the colonists of Victoria, / by thier obedient servant THOMAS HAM.'
