Mendelssohn (1987), 441, does not catalogue the printed signature. She notes that it was 'Originally planned as an aquatint. Few printed although 50 of final state planned. Not published. The National Gallery of Australia has 3 impressions all indicating a (proposed?) edition of 75.

Subject description
The Alan Queale collection of Lionel Lindsay etchings and wood-engravings. Gondolas on canal outside a multi-storied house with ornate balconies, Venice, Italy. A women stands on the right balcony. Dessemona is a Venetian beauty in the play Othello by William Shakespeare.
