This is a trial proof (a few trial proofs remain). Shown RCA Degree Show 1980. Shown Gallery 52, 1981. "This print is the partner to the "Masters Degree" and its a commentary about the 'royal crest' that appears on everything 'by appointment to the royal family'. It's about the CHARISMA of the RCA being seen as the best-better that the Slade or Chelsea. Even though they all had great work happening.
