Biography

By 1911 C. Richardson was advertising as a picture framer and mount cutter at 70 Murray Street, Hobart. In October 1915 he established Richardson's Art Gallery at 121 Liverpool Street, Hobart. He also continued picture framing and mount cutting from this new address. The sale of artists materials was later added to his business. The gallery was still trading in 1946. In 1942 it seems to have been referred to as Dalys Art Gallery?
