Abstract

"This exhibition has evolved over time from an amalgam of experiences of a particular coastal environment. In many of the works manufactured objects collected on daily walks are juxtaposed with printmaking techniques developed through observation of the natural world. The time it takes to walk, to observe, to collect and the waiting involved in the processes employed in the creation of the prints, is integral to the work.

Suites of prints include Lagoon, developed in collaboration with award-winning writer Anna Lanyon." [PR]
