Abstract

This exhibition drew together related works from the Craft and Prints and Drawings Collection to show the progressive waves of stylistic innovation during the late 19th and early 20th century. English and European works showed the influences of the Arts and Crafts Movement, Art Nouveau, Jugendstil, the Vienna Seccession, Art Deco and Modernism and the linking relationships between them.
