Abstract

One hundred lithographs, etchings and woodcuts by Norway's most acclaimed artist. These works of love, death isolation and sexuality have a psychological potency and technical versatility that havw assured their place in memory and in the history of modernism. This was the first major exhibition of prints by Munch to be held in Australia.
