Abstract

The Artist describes the exhibition: "My work is concerned with bodies and how discourses construct our perception of them, primarily through gender. I re-configure symbols from the discourse such as X and Y chromosomes, genitalia and invented
symbols and shapes to disrupt notions that gender is immutable and extend our conception of male and female bodies.”
