Biography
Josiah Allen was convicted for having in his possession divers articles for the purpose of marking forged Bank of England notes and was sentenced to 14 years arriving in Sydney in 1817. He received his Conditional Pardon on 31 1 1820 and Absolute Pardon on 28 11 1821.
