Biography

Stephen Wickham was born in Melbourne in 1950 and studied photography at Prahran College of Advanced Education (Melbourne). He studied painting at the National Gallery School of Victoria (1972-74) and began printmaking at the Victorian [now Australian] Print Workshop (Melbourne) in 1983. He held his first single-artist exhibition in 1982.
