Biography
Vincent Brooks, Day and Sons Ltd was established in 1867 when Vincent Brooks purchased the plant and goodwill of lithographic printers Day& Son which had gone into liquidation. The firm closed in 1940. Vincent Brooks, Day and Sons Ltd were responsible for printing the Will Dyson first world war lithographs. The company was known for the printing of the weekly caricatures published in the magazine 'Vanity Fair' and many English travel posters.
