Biography

Established in 2011, InkMasters Cairns ceased trading 30 June 2022. During its 11 years of activity, Inkmasters was an innovative and dynamic arts organisation that helped to establish Cairns as one of the most exciting regions for printmaking in Australia. It presented a full program of events including international, national and local exhibitions as well as skills-development workshops. It engaged the wider community, hosted Artists in Residence and delivered InkFest, a biennial festival of printmaking. NorthSite contemporary Arts will continue to deliver services for printmaking and other artists from what was formerly known as InkMasters Print Workshop.
