Walter Hochstadter was a collector, dealer and writer on Chinese art, particuarly that of ceramics. Works from his estate were sold in 'The Autumn Auction Series', Mossgreen Auctions, Part 2 - Fine Asian Art, Melbourne14 June 2011.
