Biography

The Broardford Paper Mill was established by James Macdougall (of Sands & Macdougall) in 1890. The mill, driven by water from Sunday Creek, specalised in straw board. In 1895 the Broardford Mill became part of The Australian Paper Mills Co. Ltd.
