Kathryn Norris

Kathryn Norris was born in Brisbane in 1971 and is presently studying for her secondary teacher qualifications at James Cook University, Cairns. Her work focuses on the period after the arrival of Christianity (The Coming of the Light) in the Torres Strait. While her subject matter is historic her images are modern; she also uses modern mediums, such as pastels.
