Abstract

A master of the Shibori technique of dyeing, Keiko has drawn on her Japanese origins, the Australian environment and new technology to create works of fluidity never before seen in this medium. The finished shimmering surfaces of the striking works complete the transformation and echo the images she has created. [Gallery media, 2009].
